SEMINAR FEES

The seminar registration fee is $895 for lawyers, $695 for paralegals or firm administrators, and free to sitting and retired judges. The seminar fee includes breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks, CLE, the course materials, and attendance at all sessions.

CLE

Each attendee will receive a Certificate of Attendance. CLE credits, including 1 hour of Ethics, will be available from all states with mandatory requirements. For specific questions, email CLE Administrator Cilia Barrett at Cbarrett@levinlaw.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrants who cancel on or before August 26 will receive a full refund. After that date, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Substitutions may be made at any time, including the day of the seminar. Walk-ins are welcome, but pay an additional $100 fee.

SEMINAR FEES

The seminar registration fee is $1445 for attorneys and $1045 for paralegals or administrators. Group Discounts are as follows: 3-4 registrants from the same firm – $1245 each; 5+ from the same firm – $1195 each. National Trial Lawyer Assn. discounted fee – $1145. The fee includes attendance at all sessions, seminar materials, CLE, continental breakfast each day and lunch on Thursday, and both the Wednesday and Thursday night cocktail receptions. $50 of every MTMP registration goes to the American Assoc. for Justice to support their efforts.
